The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

I would try sweet potatoes, regular potatoes and zucchini, as well as apples and carrots.
Happy Birthday to Peter. I would try zucchini, sweet potatoes, and regular potatoes. For fruit I would try apples and pears. ( I had some difficulty sending email.)
I have used a handheld spiralizer on zucchini, which is one of my favorite vegetables, but it is a lot of work and doesn’t quite seem worth it to me. I would love to try an electric spiralizer and turn all my zucchini into zoodles. And I would like to try to spiralize other vegetables too, especially sweet potatoes. That just sounds delicious.
Iii
For fruits I would like to try spiralizing apples to make some WW friendly desserts. For veggies I would like to try spiralizing red beets and make a great salad dish.
Love how colorful veggies look cut this way! I would use it for them all….yum!
I would love to try them all.??
I would like to try on zucchini and other vegetables to replace pasta. I also have an August Birthday 🙂
Spiralized carrots! Yum!
Zucchini and sweet potatoes!
