The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.

Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!

We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!

Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).

And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.

TO ENTER:

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”

One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!

Good Luck!!

  1. I have never used a spiralizer but would like to start doing it. I’d like to spiralize carrots and cucumbers and any vegetables I can make noodles with. I see many recipes I’d like to make.

  2. We usually use zucchini but have been thinking about being a little more adventurous with all of the fresh veggies available now. I would love to win this! I have a small spiralizer but it is not the sturdiest. And the cookbook looks amazing! Thanks for the all of the advice, recipes and inspiration that you send out!! It helps more than you know!

  3. Here are a few to start with… Apple, Bell Pepper, Beets, Broccoli, Butternut Squash, Carrots, Cucumber Potato, Sweet Potato, Pear, and Zucchini and Summer Squash and so many more… I love to spiralize my veggie and make such wonderful healthy dishes

  4. Can do some veggies by hand but would love to do carrots and potatoes (all of them using a spiralizer. Here’s hoping!

  5. I have a tiny, hand held spirializer that is ok for zucchini & softer veggies, carrots were always off limits-I would love to try sweet potatoes- so hard to do by manually peeling. Love your recipes too! 🙂

  6. Beets, rutabaga and sweet potato would be something I’d love to learn how to spiralize and cook!

  7. I have always been interested in spiraling but have not done it yet. Excited to apply it to carrots, beets and of course zucchini. Thanks for the chance to get one!
