The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

All sorts of things. The hand spiralizer is very hard, even with just zucchini. Can wait to tri sweet potatoes, other hard squash, carrots, and beets.
The spiralizer would be fantastic for most any garden veggies!
I would love to try spiraling. Beets, zucchini and squash would be awesome to try first.
Zucchini, yellow summer squash and apples
Sweet potatoes, zucchini, butternut squash
Beets…I see so many healthy recipes for them. This would make it a snap to cut up…
Thankfully my grocery store carries spiralized zucchini in the produce section, but I sure would love to be able to do them at home with my own Spiralizer! I would spiralize zucchini, cucumber, sweet potatoes and lots of other veggies I’ve seen recipes for. Hope I win! PS I love your website , thanks .
Zucchini!
Zucchini, squash, apples!
I would love to see all the wonderful things I could make using zucchini.
