The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

I love the idea for beets& other hard vegetables
I think this tool would be so neat to try all the different veggies to make wonderful healthy meals.
I have always wanted to try this!
Apple and carrots
I was thinking just zucchinis and squashes, but now I see I want to branch out!!
I am most interested in spiralizing zucchini because I can use them for “noodles” instead of pasta. I love that they are more neutral in flavor so they can soak up the sauce.
Thank you, Martha, for all you’re doing to support dieters with recipes and blogs, etc etc. You are a God-send in so many ways!
Zucchini for sure but may find other ones later.
Happy Birthday, Peter!
I would use this on the zucchini that is aboutnready to come off my ginormous plant! First year in a new house and wasn’t sure how things would grow. Holy Moly! My zucchini has overtaken my peppers, green onions and carrots!
Zucchini, squash, sweet potatoes and apples
sorry miss-spelled my own name. It is Michelle Pendl
Zucchini and Potatoes would be great for spiralizing!
