The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

I just found a WW recipe for Greek Zoodles with Sour Cream and Onion Chickpeas. It would be much more economical to spiralize my own zucchini.
Zucchini and carrots.
I plan to use the spiralizer on my carrots, celery and apples and mango for my salads
beets, rutabaga, onions, sweet potatoes, potatoes just to name a few
I look forward to doing zucchini, carrots and beets if I was to win the Spiralizer.
I want to do it with carrots and celery and apples for my salads.
I love Jicama and zucchini so I’d love to try them on the spiralizer.
wow that would make it so much easier for me to eat healthier
I love spirilizing yellow crookneck squash. I believe it holds up better than zucchini which can get mushy when sautéing. Add some garlic, olive oil, cooked chopped chicken and a little parmesan and yum yum.
I love spiralizing !! Full stop!! Zucchini and yellow squash are my favourites. Carrots, beets, broccolli, butternut squash…mmm…mm…mmm my mouth is watering at the thought of them all. Thanks gor the opportunity to share. Alison
