The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

Parsnips–love them.
Granny Smith Apples
Beets
I love to have a Spiralizer. I would do all the garden veggies like Zucchini, Summer Squash and carrot. I would definitely like to do potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Fruit = Granny Smith Apples
Vegetable = Beets
I’d love to use it for zucchini. I have a bumper crop from my garden. I also would like to try sweet potatoes, squash and onions. We are all trying to eat more veggies and less carbs at my house and I think even my teenagers would love to try this!
Potatoes ?, beets, carrots ?, apples ? ?.
I am trying the new Weight Watchers program and am constantly looking for ways to incorporate zero point foods. I believe the spiralizer would help me to accomplish this, especially with your recipes to guide me.
Beets, carrots, and squash!
I have only spiralized zucchini. A better piece of equipment than my tiny hand held spiralizer, plus some inspirational recipes should get me going! I’m so excited!!!
