The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.

Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!

We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!

Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).

And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.

TO ENTER:

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”

One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!

Good Luck!!

  1. I have only had zucchini that someone else made… so I’d be interested in trying everything. What a great healthier lifestyle tool! I’m interested in seeing if I could get my grandsons to eat spiralized veggies they normally turn their noses up at. lol Thanks for the chance at a giveaway! Happy Birthday to your brother Peter ? ?

  2. I would love to have a great spiralizer. I really need to start eating healthier and this seems to be a great kitchen tool to kick start my journey. I’m not a big vegetable eater and this will definitely make my vegetables seem more appealing. I hear zucchini, sweet potatoes and carrots are great for this tool. I can see myself visualizing a healthy meal with “mock” spaghetti. Great for a different twist on salads. Yummo!

  3. Zucchini would be wonderful in any dish. I love to use zucchini as a pasta substitute because it’s healthier!
