I love the fact that I can take a nap, go to the store or work. I don’t have pay be by the stove. It gives me freedom to do other things.

Love slow cooking because it requires minimal work and attention. Just cut up your ingredients, add spices, and liquid ingredients, turn on and it cooks while I’m away and dinner is done when I come home.
I don’t have a slow cooker. Everyone talks about it. I guess I am missing out on something really convenient.
