  1. Love setting up several crackpots at one time to have a complete meal ready at the end of the day. My favorites are greens, peas or pinto beans and cabbage… Yum!! Then just op a an of cornbread in the oven.

  2. I love slow cooker because my husband and I work different schedules and I can always have a healthy meal for us. When I know he will eat a good meal even when we can’t eat together. Colleen Clark

  3. I don’t know if my other post went through, so forgive me if this is a duplicate . What I love about a slow cooker, is that once you have all of your ingredients in, you put the lid on, and “set it and forget about it . So easy . This site is a great resource for slow cooker recipes .

  5. I work 2 jobs, a crockpot would be a life saver. Put together before I leave and when I return between jobs a hot healthy meal would be ready instead of grabbing raw veggies to eat on the go, the added bonus would be to have great left overs for days or freeze for a later time.

  6. Set it, and forget it! We cook with it on nights we’ll be home later, so we don’t have to worry about cooking. I have a list of low-cal favorite recipes I use in rotation. I love my crockpot, albeit a very old model with a cracked top. 🙂

  9. Very simple – dump & forget!!! Breakfast, dinner, dessert – doesn’t matter!! It just doesn’t get any simpler than that!!!
