  1. I enjoy the fact that my kids can help with the prep and can turn it off and help serve!! I also like to try new recipes with my kids!!

  2. I love that dinner is done when I come home from work and I use the extra time walking the dog and working in the yard.

  3. Dinner is the most easiest time to go off my weight-loss program. It seems breakfast and lunch no problem so if I would have a meal cooked and ready to eat when I get home, I think that would be key to my weight loss success.

  4. I love being able to cook meals for my mom, who is 89. She does not cook for herself anymore and I know that I can create a healthy meal for her that is easy for me to fix. Thank you for your recipes!

  5. The best thing about slow cooking for me is that the meal is ready when I get home from work. Decreases my stress tremendously!
