I WORK A LONG DAY AND IT IS WONDERFUL TO BE ABLE TO USE THE SLOW COOKER. I CAN PREPARE IT THE NIGHT BEFORE AND PUT IT ON BEFORE I LEAVE IN THE MORNING. I HAVE TO COOK THINGS THAT WON’T OVERCOOK AND I AM SOMETIMES GONE FOR 12 HOURS. BUT THEY ARE A GREAT TOOL TO HAVE IN THE KITCHEN!
I love the way that chicken doesn’t taste like leftovers! I can cook a huge pack and turn it into 3 different dishes. And the chicken ALWAYS taste like I’ve just cooked it.
Such a hot summerhere, the slow cooker is great doesn’t heat up the kichten and you can just start you meal and go about your day.
Coming home from work and getting the smell of “supper is ready” joy.
You can just fix it and not have to worry!
I watch my four grandsons between 3 months and 5 years. I live that I can prepare them a good dinner and not spend a lot of time doing it. Freeing me for the fun stuff they always want to do!
I love using a slow cooker during the work week when I get home too late to start a decent meal. Hubby loves it to so he doesn’t have to cook on late nights!
I love that it does the work for me and there is nothing better than the smell of delicious food that hits you when you walk in the door after a long day at work!!! Thank you Martha for all your wonderful recipes.
I love using a slow cooker because you can set and forget on these hot summer days. Dinner is ready when you are.
What I love best about slow cooking is the thought that I have nothing to do to prep dinner now at the usual time I would do it.
