I love the aromas in the house throughout the day. And with the slow cooker bags, easy cleanup!

I love not thinking about food. It helps to have it ready to go.
Slow cooking is part of my meal prepping process. It’s sets me up for success and less stress during the week.
The morning is my best time of day; I’m full of energy and raring to go! Getting a healthy family dinner prepared with my new crock pot would be the perfect way to start the day.
I am at work at 6:00 in the morning and don’t leave work until 5:00. I am a teacher and am “on demand” all day. When I get in my car, I am both mentally and physically exhausted. If I have left my dinner cooking in the crockpot all day, I drive home with a smile on my face because I know my dinner is done. I can just eat and relax.
I love that I can put a meal over in the morning and not worry about what’s for dinner the rest of the day. And the smell is so delish!
I love the freedom it gives me to get other task done. I don’’t have to think about stopping what I’m doing to prepare dinner. I can have a healthy nutritious dinner ready when everyone is home. The cleanup is simple!
I’m still working full time at 59! using the slow cooker gets a real meal on the table when the old folks get home from work!
I am a widow and empty nester. It is often hard to prepare healthy balanced meals for 1. Crock pot meals are ideal. I can make simple yet healthy meals without all the miss and fuss and have plenty of leftovers for future meals.
