  1. To me, the best part of using a slow cooker is that the delicious flavor of the recipe is maintained and enhanced by the slow cooking process. Living alone, I love being able to portion out the leftovers and freeze them so that I have quick and easy meals on busy days!

  2. You can leave the house without worrying about if it will burn your food also you can put frozen meats in it also

  3. I agree living in Phoenix in the summer you really need to keep the house as cool as you can. I also used it a lot in the winter time when I lived in Michigan. Slow cookers are the way to go toss the ingredients in and let it cook and then come back at dinner time and you are good to go by adding a salad or another vegetable.

  4. I love slow cooking because I can prepare everything ahead of time, Put the ingredients in the slow cooker and when I get home from work I have a delicious meal that is ready to serve and I am out if the kitchen in no time after dinner. Removes the stress, plus the food is so yummy

  5. I love the idea of mixing ingredients together, set the controls and forget until it is finished. One pot cleanup is great also!

  6. I am a caregiver and time is a commodity that I cannot get. I need to plan ahead to make sure meals are on time and in my no think mode. What slow cooking does is organize my day from start to finish. I can prepare the meals at night, put them into their pots and refrigerate them. In the morning, I just put them on and set the timer and I go about my day. I have two but having three would certainly plan my days better with meals ahead to prep and warm. I love doing cereals at night and having warm hot cereal ready in the morning. I love that I can put the cooker on delay start and have lunch ready when its time and having dinner ready as well. It takes organizing and planning to be a caregiver 24/7 for the one you love. Thanks for the consideration!

  7. As a very busy grandmother who is raising grandchilcren. And trying to follow weight watchers i have to prepaid dishes that we all can eat. This makes so easy.

  8. Lots of things to love about using a slow cooker. But one of my favorite things is the easy clean up! Don’t have to worry about washing up a lot of pots and plans. And if you use a slow cooker liner, it really makes clean up a breeze!
