  1. love making soups and stews in the winter and cooking in the summer without heating up the whole house with the oven

  2. Being able to have a home cooked meal without having to stay in the kitchen all day means more time to spend with family

  3. Even if you cannot afford the top cuts of meat, everything just falls apart in the slow cooker – that is success!

  4. I love how the meat is always so tender and juicy. I can’t stand tough meat. The slow cooker never fails giving me a fall off the bone, fork tender roast!

  5. I love having dinner ready when we come through the door after a long day at work or playing on the weekends.

  6. It is very easy and convenient. I work 3 jobs which is about 90+ hours a week and have little time to make meals in between jobs. So it is nice to throw everything in the crock pot in the mornings and then when the family is ready to eat at night it is done. Using a bag also makes for an easy clean up and not many dishes for me when I get home.
