My favorite vegetable is Chinese broccoli. Throw in boiling water for just a few minutes and eat with sambal oelek and soy sauce…So delicious!!
Spinach salad is one of my favorites,!
Sooo many great fresh things in the summer it’s hard to choose, love corn on the cob but also roasted asparagus!
Chinese chicken salad. Then if cooking a vegetable , my favorite is green beans, reminds me of my Mom.

My favorite salad is fresh greens, tomatoes, cukes, onion, feta and Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. If the salad is the whole meal, add chopped grilled chicken or ham and hard-boiled eggs.
I love a big tossed salad as my meal with everything but the kitchen sink in it.
It is really hard to choose a favorite salad. My favorite salad is spinach, strawberries, and almond slivers with vinaigrette dressing.
