I love a “loaded” Chef Salad.
Love broccoli slaw!!!!
I do love salads. If eating out, my husband & I both like the apple pecan chicken salad. And cauliflower would be my favorite.
Taco salad, chef salad, fruit salad. I pretty much like all types of salads.
I enjoy the pre packaged coleslaw mixes. I add some cilantro, jalapeno pepper and lime juice with a small amount of olive oil. It’s great as a side or for topping shrimp tacos

My favorite salad is my copycat Schlotsky salad. Romaine lettuce is the base, topped with slices of shaved deli Black Forest ham and turkey, grape tomatoes, shredded swiss and cheddar cheese, croutons and poppy seed salad dressing.
I love any kind of salad. They are so good for you. I like to prepare a large bowl with any kind of veggies I have on hand. Then I can take it to work for lunch. Most vegetables I like.
Love Spinach salad and squash
I love crunchy vegetables that are not cooked to death like cauliflower, broccoli,
carrots etc. There aren’t many vegetables I don’t like.
