  1. My favorite salad is one with a mix of lettuces and greens, with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and red onions.

  2. I love brussels sprouts! I’ve found the smaller ones are tastier than the larger ones. But I relish the fact that my teenage granddaughter loves them as much as I do.

  3. It’s impossible to choose one favorit, I love them all! If however, I don’t have green beans, in any form or fashion, in my fridge/freezer or pantry I’m on my way to the market.

  4. You cannot beat a Greek salad. I make it a chopped salad and add chickpeas for protein. Homemade Greek salad dressing using the vinegar from my pickled onions is so good… Going to make it right now.

  5. Love making salads with fresh, crispy romaine, grilled chicken, and berries or pears for a little added sweetness.
