Salads, they are great to eat at the beginning of each and every meal, and also at snack time.

I love butternut squash. Roasting in the oven is my favorite way to fix it.
I love cutting up cucumbers, tomatoes, a little red onion, some avocado and some fresh shucked corn and mixing it with a little garlic salt and a little olive oil and sometimes lemon or lime juice.
