  1. Hi and thanks for this and all the recipes each week, it’s really helped! This summer any salad with corn in it has been my favorite. Mexican street corn salad, corn and black bean salad, you name it! I’ve never been so into corn before, not sure what’s come over me!! I know, I sound corny ???

  2. I make a salad with roasted butternut squash and pears that is so delicious. Part of the pears are puréed and added to the dressing!

  3. My favorite salad is American salad mix, with some FF shredded cheese, breaded chicken tenders and a drizzle of light honey mustard dressing. I can almost eat that daily!

  4. I love lots of different vegies in my salad. But the only way to lay a good salad foundation is with a super crispy, super green lettuce!
