  1. My favorite vegetable is a fresh, vine ripened tomato from the garden. I can’t pick just one salad though…. I love veggie salads, fruit salads, chicken salad… the list goes on & on! ?

  2. Unfortunately, I have a medical condition now that won’t let me eat lettuce in the “traditional” way. I mince the whole salad very, very small and eat it on crackers. Still TASTES good though!

  3. I love a chefs salad. Especially for dinner. Of coarse I have to make it healthier but it is a go to dinner when I have to make something at night

  4. My Favourite vegetable is Cauliflower, I love it made into Cauliflower Rice to accompany curry’s, etc., also along with cheese sauce to accompany lots of other dishes, etc., with a scrumptious steak, or with roast beef, chicken.

  5. I love all vegetables, my Mom used to say she was the luckiest Mom because none of her 6 children were picky eaters. I think we were the lucky ones by having a Mom that always served us great homemade meals.

  6. My favourite salad is a Cesar salad and my all time the favourite vegetable is Zucchini, it is so versatile grilled, or raw, also can be baked in cookies yummmmmmy!

  7. Fav salad is an ole one made way back when the dandelions first came up! Dad & I would head out & gather these tender greens so Mom could do her magic! Now what reminds me of this salad is the Spinach Salad I make along with fresh mushrooms, slivered purple onions, bacon bits (my own) boiled eggs & my own lite dressing! Yummy!!!
