WW Recipe of the Day: Quick & Easy Green Chile Chicken Soup
One of the advantages of living in the woods of northern Wisconsin is a much longer soup season. For a soup lover like me this is a very good thing! So today I'm excited to share this recipe for a quick and easy green chile chicken soup. As soon as I ran across it in Bobby Deen's Everyday Eats (affiliate link) I've been anxious to try it.
This version green chile stew, the classic one-pot meal, comes together in less than 30 minutes and has about half the usual amount of calories. It's the perfect dish to serve on a cold night when you want the comfort of a hearty bowl of belly warming soup. Everyone who tried, this hearty soup gave it high ratings! I think you will too.
