The last food I cooked in my slow co Ken was a big 5lb beef roast. We were expected no a grandson and his family from California and I wanted it perf ct. Because it was a big roast, it had to cook longer and I should have acted to put the spices in it. The meat was tender, but the taste was not what it should have been. When I win this he slow cooker, I will remember what I learned and wait for four hours before. Add the spices.
Thank you for the cooker.
