  1. Chicken nd gravy with red potatoes and carrots !!! YUMMY
    This is one of my hubby’s favorites. It’s a comfort food for him and yet it is very low in points and oh so easy to prepare. Ready in just 4 hrs.

  2. I made Martha’s carrot cake oatmeal bake. It was fabulous and my husband LOVES it. We sometimes make it a dessert with a little ice cream and some of the leftover pineapple juice!!!

  3. A fat trimmed beef round roast with lots of zero point veggies and made with low sodium beef broth only no corn starch or flour and delicious spices. It was so very delicicious!
