I made paella with shrimp, chicken and turkey sausage, and tried brown rice which turned out great. It’s fun tweaking recipes to make them lighter and healthier, with added veggies. Thanks for the inspiring posts!
Chili
Meatballs!
The last thing I cooked in my slow cooker was your cabbage roll recipe. In fact, I loved it so much that I am eating leftovers for breakfast today!! I love your recipes. They don’t seem like “diet” food. It is comfort food that is good for you too! Thanks so much!
I have never had a slow cooker and have always been interested in having one. I would love to make pasta sauce and meatballs.
Hassleback Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin. It was heavenly!
Red beans and sausage
Yesterday, I made weight watchers taco soup in my very old crock pot
Beef Cheek in a Chili Verde sauce. AMAZING tacos!
I don’t remember, my slow cooker broke several months ago and I don’t have a new one yet.
