I just made chicken enchiladas in my crock pot which were delicious!
The last thing that I made in my slow cooker was a chicken tortilla soup!
Oatmeal
I made a delicious crock pot stew with ground beef, potatoes, carrots, peas, celery, red sweet peppers, tomato soup.
I made Mississippi Roast. I add an extra “packet” to mine. Put a roast in the crockpot, sprinkle over it one packet of Ranch dressing mix, one packet of Good Seasons Italian mix, and one packet of AuJus gravy mix. Then, I place one stick of real butter on top of the roast. Then, I place a few pepperoncini peppers around that stick of butter. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Yum!
Just yesterday I cooked a wonderful roast. The best!
Turkey taco soup. Delicious and freezes well.
Creamy Italian pork chops. Wonderful!
I had saved up a bunch of chicken bones in the freezer so I made chicken stock to use in vegetable soup from my garden vegetables.
Pork tenderloin with chutney, rasp jam, onions and blueberries
