Pulled Pork

Just last week I made slow cooker pulled pork. I seasoned my pork, adding bell pepper, onions,mushrooms and celeryand let it simmer for about 4-5 hours. Once it was tender I took 2 forks and pulled it apart. Finally, I added my favorite Sugar Free BBQ sauce. It was delicious!!!
IT IS A STUNNING LOOK SLOW COOKER AND MINE IS SO OLD ITS AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD AND I BOUGHT IT IN WALMART.
I cooked the Weight Watchers 3 bean chili on Tuesday. This past Sunday I cooked a roast with carrots and potatoes for my husband and son. I love slow cookers. <3
