Verde pork for nachos — last night!
BBQ chicken
Spaghetti with meatballs
Chicken chili. Use canned pumpkin, black beans and spices…..yummm ??
Just yesterday I made Honey Siracha Chicken- it was so good! will make it again in a heartbeat 🙂 Love how a slow cooker frees up my day & my kitchen from not having to “pot watch” every thing I cook. My cooker is getting old- like me & would love a pretty new one! Thanks for the chance.
Pork roast with potatoes and carrots- the classic!
Love your recipes. Need a new crockpot (mine was purchased in the 1990’s).
By the way, the last thing I made in mine was of all things — hotdogs for a crowd of young people!
Chicken and rice for my sick little Shih tzu, Lucy!
Sadly, yesterday I was cooking turkey breast tenderloins, and my electricity went out about 4 hours in. It was off for 6 hours. I wasn’t willing to take a chance on food poisoning from poultry….so I had to throw them out. That was going to be part of my Weight Watcher prep. Oh well, I guess it was worth the money not to get sick.
