(30 Days of Juicing Day #27 – Pineapple Kale Cucumber Juice)

We are now in the homestretch of our 30 Days of Juicing experiment. Time has flown. But I’m ready for it to be over so I can share some of the great slow cooker recipes I’ve been too busy to post.

The past 30 days have reminded me what a creature of habit I am. I just need a handful of juice recipes to keep me happy.  When this began I added several juicing books to my Amazon Wish List. I just deleted them. I’ve got more than enough juice recipes to keep me satisfied for years.

And I have included a simple list of some of my favorite juice combinations at the end of this post to refer to whenever I need inspiration.

Today’s pineapple kale cucumber juice was a revelation. A green juice that I look forward to making again ๐Ÿ™‚

Skinny on Pineapple Kale Cucumber Juice

Pineapple is magical with greens. It softens them somehow making them much more palatable those new to the world of green juice.

According to my calculations each serving has 85 calories and *2 Weight Watchers Points Plus (I only included the juice from the apple and pineapple to calculate calories and Points Plus.)

Enjoy!
