Chicken and Dumplings
We like to do beef tips with gravy – my husband’s favorite. I used to prepare this with egg noodles, but in a nod to what I have learned in Martha’s columns and WW, we use riced cauliflower with a bit of butter! The 3.5 qt programmable crockpot sure would be nice for our now smaller household.

Lasagna is my favorite dish in slow cooker
My favorite dish to make in a slow cooker is a savory pot roast for my family. The savory aroma of the slow cooking beef roast, and the potatoes, carrots and onions (and sometimes) mushrooms takes me back to my childhood when my mother and grandmother used to make this dish regularly but on the stove in a big ole pot. Nowadays, I rarely eat pot roast due to the fact that I am mostly WFPB but I still cook it, when requested, for my family when they visit.
We love everything we make in the slow cooker, but #1 is soups. I would love to have a 3.5 qt qnd to be programable would be awesome. Thanks for this chance.
I love to slow cook a beef roast, then shred it for Philly Beef and provolone sandwiches with horseradish sauce! So good!
