My favorite dish to make in a slow cooker is Hungarian Goulash with lots of thin sliced potatoes, green peppers, onions, carrots, paprika seasoned lean ground beef, and tomatoes. Yum!
Simple but tasty: chicken thighs covered with spicy petite tomatoes. The house smells so good when you come in from outside.
