Baked ravioli in tomato sauce.
My favorite would have to be enchilada casserole. Layers of corn tortillas and lean beef, sauce, cheese, the works!
I love shepards pie. I use cauliflower mash for potatoes on top.
Lasagnas vegetarian or with meat are my favorites. Always special at the holidays also.

Always a crowd pleaser at any get together, I make corn pudding from a family recipe I received from my grandma.
