My (and my family’s) favorite casserole is a WW friendly tex-mex type of dish, filling and delicious!
looks to be the best crockpot on the market. So easy to cook lasagne or even apple cobbler in. Very stylist and easy to clean. Sure would love to have one in my kitchen.
Oh, it just HAS to be lasagne. With or without mushrooms…or put them on half?Bolognese or spaghetti sauce.? Ground beef, Italian sausage, ground turkey, , a combination , or spinach? With or without wine? Since both my older son and his wife have demanding jobs, and my granddaughter is involved in soccer, swimming, volleyball, and Scouts, their evening meals are often a challenge. I love making a pan of lasagne for the freezer when I visit them. It feels great to leave them with a homemade gift of Mom’s love to devour some night when they are too busy to cook…and that is often. (I made a pan last week!)
