Lasagna and chocolate cake…in that order…lol.
Since I’ve been on Weight Watchers, I’ve been making eggplant parm layered with a low fat cheese and spinach with lots of garlic and a bit of Romano cheese……yummy!
Anything WW is perfect in a 9×13 pan, and will be even more perfect in the Crock Pot Casserole !!
I bought one of these for myself (from my husband) for Christmas two years ago. I love my casserole crock! I actually use mine for my variation of cheeseburger and tot casserole.
Sweet potato casserole is my favorite since my family always asks for it.
I love my mom’s date cake with chocolate ganache. It is definitely not a WW friendly dessert, but so very good.
I love making a simple baked mac and cheese in my crockpot. It is so good!
