Have you seen the new Crock Pot Casserole Cooker Slow Cooker???
I fell in love as soon as I caught a glimpse while shopping last week. The Crock Pot Casserole cooker is perfect for baking all kinds of casseroles, lasagnas and cakes.
And it's pretty. Rod proclaimed it the 'best looking slow cooker' he'd ever seen.
So far I've used my new crock pot casserole cooker to make the cheesy chicken rice casserole recipe printed on the box and Mom's fruit cocktail snack cake, a favorite since childhood that's cooling on the counter. Both came out perfectly.
Can I tell you how excited I am at the prospect of baking 9x13-inch cakes and casseroles without turning on the oven here in Phoenix, where summer is extremely hot and seems to last forever?
And to celebrate reaching 200 recipes in my Year of Weight Watchers Friendly Crock Pot Cooking Challenge, I'm giving one away!
- Come home to dinner throughout the week and use to transport and keep your casseroles warm while entertaining
- 9" x 13" rectangular removable stoneware is the perfect size and shape to cook and serve casseroles, lasagnas and other great dishes;

I tend to make a lot of chicken dinners or international dinners in a crockpot, but honestly it's best for getting tougher meats to a more palatable consistency; for example, I can put in a whole rump roast with a couple of cups of water, and a packet each or onion soup mix, ranch dressing, and brown gravy... and in 8-12 hours, it's falling apart! Then shred it apart with forks. Stir, use a pair of tongs to get some out, place it on top of a fresh sliced French bread loaf with mayo, mustard and provolone...! Oh man, let me tell you what, it's better than BBQ! 😀
