  1. My favorite fried food is Eggplant “Fries”!!! As a child, my grandmother had a garden full of eggplant and was ever so clever with creating new eggplant dishes. She would cut the eggplant in thick Strips like steak french fries and they were delicious!

  2. Definitely fries. I baked them now to save some fat/calories but heard they are awesome in an Air Fryer.

  3. I LOVE VEGGY ROLLS NO MEAT AT ALL WRAPPED IN A THIN WONTON WRAP,,ALSO LOVE ONION RINGS HAVEN’T HAD THEM IN YEARS TO MANY CALORIES TO BUY MADE,THANKS
