It’s a toss-up between wings and mozzarella sticks or nice crispy fries
Fish and chips are my all-time favourite fried food.
If I want to :
remember my Mom and my childhood lunches together,
Or have no messy oil pots to clean, or wonder what to do with the oil then I think, yes, I’ll fry in that fryer. And that brings me back home.
My friend has one and I’m always hoping she’ll invite me over when she makes fish and chips:)
