Slimming Bites: Inspiration & Recipes for Weight Watchers
Encouragement and inspiration are critical whenever you’re trying to change your habits. This is especially true when the habits involve eating better, losing weight and creating a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Sticking with the slow and steady sensible balanced approach to lasting change can seem dull and out of step when compared with our society’s obsession with the opposing messages of overindulgent excess on one hand, and extreme fad diets on the other.
My mission is to provide you with a constant supply of motivating articles and enticing Weight Watchers friendly recipes to encourage your pursuit of a happy, healthy, balanced life. Here are this week’s hand-picked selections. I hope you find the time and space to sit down, perhaps with a cup of coffee or tea, or glass of wine or bubbly water, and savor them!

6/7/16 GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED!
The winner of the Essential Oils Package is: Maggie, who said, “The easiest thing for me is all of the websites and blogs available for me to use to keep me on track and to give me inspiration for recipes and meal planning. The hardest part for me is when we are on vacation and friends don’t eat as healthy as we do. Always try to do my best but it is challenging when fatty meats and lots of carbs are served at every meal.”

1. The easiest is Wanting to start and attempting to do what is right.
2. The Hardest is actually making it day by day, That is why I try to have one or more friends who I can text or call, when I am feeling Not up to it…. It is a daily challenge for some of us, but one thing is for sure, it is always a new day to start over.
Have a great week and Blessings from my House to all of yours…
1. How good I feel physically and emotionally when I eat healthy.
2. It’s hard to get past wanting some of my old high point comfort foods
I find it easy to cook healthy when I shop for healthy foods. I have a difficult time not snacking at night when watching TV?
The easiest way for me is to what I have learned in Weight Watchers which track what I eat…The challenge comes when I don’t track because there is no end to how much I eat.
The easy part is having a lot of different fruits and veggies readily available. The hard part is cooking during the week after working long hours at work.
Oh the easiest part for me is getting enough exercise. With dogs that love walks and kids that never seem to stop….I love being outside and chasing them all around! 🙂
The hardest part for me is to cook healthy meals that the whole family will enjoy! I have found some great recipes….but need more.
The easiest is all of the healthier choices available in the stores these days. The hardest for me is consistently making those healthier choices. I struggle with being lazy, about changing, planning, and exercising.
The easiest for me is having my husband as my accountability partner. We plan out our meals and exercise programs together.
The hardest is since I’m a homemaker and my husband works outside the home, I struggle with “stress” eating. I’m learning to make this easier is to find another homemaker to be my accountability partner during the hours my husband works and I’m not putting poor eating foods in my home.
Easiest: running on my treadmill while watching Netflix.
Hardest: making healthy food choices.
1)What’s easiest about living healthy, balanced lifestyle is the desire to do it, 2) what’s most challenging about living a healthy balanced lifestyle is actually doing it.
