It takes a lot of water to stay hydrated during the summer here in Phoenix! I drink a ton of water all day long. There’s nothing better to quench your thirst. And it provides lots of impressive health benefits: water can reduce fatigue, prevent headaches, boost brainpower, improve your mood, and can even help you manage your weight.
But I sometimes get tired of drinking plain water. I like to keep a pitcher of water jazzed up with thin slices of cucumber and lemon ready and waiting in the fridge. I call it “spa water” because I first tasted it at an Aveda salon/spa. It’s an easy healthy water recipe with lots of flavor for zero points.

Here’s another refreshing, flavorful water recipe perfect for hot summer days! Water enhanced with lemon, lime, grapefruit, cucumber, fresh mint. Mix and match all of these ingredients to suit your fancy. Budget Savvy Diva provides step-by-step instructions, stunning photography, along with the health benefits of each ingredient.
