What I love most about Christmas is that in general most people seem so happy and outgoing towards each other. My favorite Christmas movie is A Christmas Story because it is a tradition to watch as a family. I would love to make the decked out roasted brussel sprouts. The best thing for me would be a food diary so I can find my common pitfalls to weight loss. Last, my biggest goal in 2018 is to drop 20 pounds that I put o after aneyrsm surgery.

1. I love that Christmas makes us look back and analyze the past year and our whole life. Nostalgia is lovely but it can also offer wisdom on how to improve our life in the new year.
2. It's a Wonderful Life. I love the acting and the timelessness of the message.
3. My favorite recipe to try would be the low calorie 3-2-1 Microwave Mug Cake.
4. The best advice is to make it conscious! The one thing that has worked for me in the past and hopefully again is using a food diary. It really makes you aware of what you are doing.
5. My health goal is 2018 is to be proactive with my health. Make better choices and do things that will make tomorrow easier and healthier.
