Weight Watchers Friendly Meal Plan #27 {Meal Planning Mommies}
Hello friends!
We have another mouth-watering Weight Watchers friendly meal plan for you this week. From Bleu Cheese Filled Burgers to Pepperoni Pizza Salad, you'll love the simplicity of each of these dinners. Here are a few of the fun things you have to look forward to this week...
Beef Tostada, or Breakfast Tostada
The beef tostadas are perfect for all you Taco Bell lovers out there. Chances are good you will have some tostada shells left over after you make the beef tostadas (at least we did). Check out our quick and easy Breakfast Tostadas for a fun and tasty way to use those extra tostada shells.
Beef Tostadas (8 SmartPoints)
My personal favorite.
All of the dinners in this meal plan were great, but my personal favorite this week was the BBQ Bacon Monterey Chicken. It's SO GOOD! If you like barbecue chicken pizzas, then you have to give this recipe a try!

How do you feel about Reuben Sandwiches?
I love Reuben sandwiches, but I understand that not everyone shares this love. I almost didn't include it in the meal plan, but then we had overwhelmingly positive feedback after posting it on Facebook, so I decided to throw it into the plan.
Turkey Reuben Sandwiches (6 to 8 SmartPoints)
Here are a few ways to keep the Weight Watchers smart points down this week:
Low Smart Points Bread
The sandwiches use rye bread, and the burgers use hamburger buns. There are lighter options for bread and buns that you can use that are half the smart points. Check out our long list of low smart points bread and buns before you head out to the store.
Low Smart Points Sauces
The BBQ Bacon Monterey Chicken is just 7 WW smart points per serving. To knock it down a little more, you could use zero smart point barbecue sauce (affiliate link). I personally prefer regular barbecue sauce (affiliate link) because I get headaches when I have artificial sweetener, but the Walden Farms sauce is a great alternative if you don't mind artificial sweetener. They make LOTS of different kinds of sauces that are zero smart points each serving, not just BBQ sauce. Walden Farms even makes zero smart point coffee creamers!
Serve these meals with a salad... or turn them into one!
You may want to add a couple of bags of salad to your grocery list this week.
If you have any of the BBQ Bacon Monterey Chicken leftover it tastes great as a salad! Just chop everything up and serve it over a bed of greens. You don't need any dressing because the BBQ sauce takes care of that. So delicious! The Grilled Chicken with Mustard Sauce is served on greens and is basically eaten like a salad. If you are making the Turkey Reuben sandwich, you may want to use a little of the Thousand Island dressing on a side salad to bulk up your meal. All of these recipes can either be made into salads or eaten with a salad.
I hope you enjoy this week's meal plan!
