Weight Loss Success Story: Shalita F.
I’m so excited to be sharing Shalita’s weight loss success story with you today. It took Shalita two years to lose 100 pounds. She did it by creating her own personalized diet, moving more and embracing failure as a learning tool. I loved her advice… “Make failure your friend. If you fail or succeed while dieting, write down what worked and what didn’t. You have to learn and listen to your body!” And I can’t wait to try her 100 calorie sweet treat too.
