In addition to being fascinated by food, health and weight and how it all interrelates, I’m also a simplicity lover.

I am convinced that the more we simplify our lives and eliminate stress the easier it is to thrive in all areas of life, including weight management.

So after reading 100 Ways to Simplify Your Life (affiliate link) by Joyce Meyer, I decided to record all 100 suggestions here before returning it to the library. It’s a great list I intend to refer to again and again.

  1. Thank you for posting this list. I was telling my daughter that I would like to choose some of the most important ones to me and work on them and then choose a few more, etc.

  2. Joyce Meyer preaches the false promise of prosperity gospel. I am so disappointed that you would give her credence by recommending one of her writings.

    1. Even those who have their doctrine wrong can have something worthwhile to say. The 100 list is very thought provoking and scripturally based. I do not agree with her prosperity gospel either, but this list….well I wish I could incorporate it in my life. My Pastor always says โ€œEat the chicken and spit out the bones!โ€
