The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter's birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools - a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you'll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we're also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.
Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: "Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?"
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!
This post contains affiliate links to products I like. When you buy something through one of my Amazon links or other (affiliate links), I receive a small commission that helps support this site. Thank you for your purchase!

Recently through my yearly physical, I have found that I have one artery blocked at 40% and my A1C is rising. As I have to incorporate more veges and fruits into my diet, I feel the spiralizer would help with the creativity of these veges. I love zucchini and yellow squash but tend to fix them the same way. I have recently seen beets done on the sprializer and find this intriguing to add to my plate.
