(30 Days of Juicing Day #19 – Ciao Bella Juice)
Since beginning our 30 Days of Juicing I feel like I’m consuming all the colors of the rainbow on a weekly basis. I’ve enjoyed juices in several shades of green, red, yellow, purple, pink and orange. You just know that has to be good for you, right?
Today’s flame-orange hued Ciao Bella Juice reminded me of a blazing Phoenix sunset. It tasted terrific too.

Skinny on Ciao Bella Juice
The taste of this Ciao Bella juice is sweet and satisfying. Made from a variety of orange, yellow and red fruits and vegetables, it is brimming with beta carotene, a powerful antioxidant that also helps maintain healthy skin and eyes.
I found the recipe on Reboot with Joe and adapted it slightly based on what I had available. I used a whole mango and half of a red bell pepper instead of yellow.
Both Rod and I loved its lovely orange color and flavor.
According to my calculations each serving has about 110 calories and *3 Weight Watchers Points Plus.
Enjoy!
