  1. Perfect time to find this helpful site. I am becoming a first-time Grandmother in the next few days! Want to be able to be more active and healthy for this baby girl!!

  2. This couldn’t have come at a better time. I have wanted to jump back into trying to improve my health and to use my slow cookers more. So many good recipes and suggestions for gaining control of my life. Looking forward to gaining control in 2017.

  3. I’ve made the broccoli cheese soup recipe for the slow cooker several times. Four ingredients, so easy to make, and super delicious!

  4. I have made the Easy Peasy Pot Roast (2 x) and the Beef and Bulgar soup…Both have been huge hits with my husband and me…. can’t wait to try more…!

  5. I bought a Ninja 3 in 1 cooking pot. Plan to cook many of your slow cooker recipes. Hearty Beef Stew is the first one. It is going be tomorrow night’s dinner. Even though it is just the two of us I love having left overs for another night and also to be able to give my Husband a healthy lunch to take to work.

    I have also increased my exercise. I was already working with a trainer 3 days and week. On those days would try to stay and walk on the treadmill. Now I AM staying and walking. I am also doing Water Aerobics the other two days. We have a family wedding the end of March I want to WOW everyone with my weight loss.

  6. I am trying new recipes and planning out my meals and lunches for the week. The new goal of this week is 30 minutes of walking everyday. The daily emails remind me to track everything that goes in my mouth each day.

  7. I made the Sausage Tortellini Skillet recipe. It was delicious, and since there are just 2 of us, there was enough for 2 meals and more to freeze for later!
