1. Do I have to place an order every month?
Not for a normal wholesale account. But if you choose to opt-in to the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP), then yes, you must place an order every month (1PV minimum). This will allow you to maintain any LRP rewards points already earned, but you won’t accrue any new points or advance in percentage for that month.
2. Am I stuck ordering the same products every month?
Absolutely not. You have total control over your LRP order each and every month and you can customize it to order any products you want. If you don’t update your order at least 24 hours before your ship date, then you will receive the same items from your previous LRP order.
3. How Do I Earn Rewards Points and Increase My Monthly Percentage That I Earn?
In order to earn rewards points and be eligible to increase your monthly percentage, you must order at least 50PV on the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP).
4. What is the Product of the Month Club?
For anyone using LRP to place their orders, as long as the order runs before the 15th of the month AND your order total is 125PV or more, then you’ll automatically receive the free product.
5. What products do you recommend for LRP?
It’s best to use the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) for those products that you need to replenish each and every month. We are in love with Lifelong Vitality Supplements, On Guard Laundry Detergent, Hand Soap and Toothpaste – which usually need to be restocked every month. You’ll also find that you are naturally drawn to use some oils more than others. In that case, those oils may need to be ordered regularly when others will last you for months and months.
6. Can I have more than one LRP order?
Free product credits are only earned through LRP orders. If you need to purchase more products during the month, and you’d like to receive these credits, you can set up additional LRP orders, which will continue to run the following month unless cancelled. Be aware that in order to qualify for commissions you must have a single LRP order set up for a minimum of 100PV.
7. Having an order on auto-ship every month seems expensive. Is it really worth it?
We’re sure that you are going to fall in love with some/most of the products you try. Since you are buying them every month anyway, why not get something back. Not only will you earn points back and possibly get a free product every month, but you will also get your shipping costs credited back to you, also in the form of rewards points. So it’s like getting free shipping every month.
8. How can I get 100% of my shipping reimbursed?
Just by placing an LRP order 50% of your shipping will be reimbursed to you in product credits. If this LRP order is processed online – without calling customer support – the other 50% will also be reimbursed in product credits as well.
9. How do I cancel my Loyalty Rewards order?
Before you cancel, be sure to first redeem any free product credits you’ve accumulated so you don’t lose them. Also, be aware that you’ll start over at 10% on the LRP scale when you begin using the Loyalty Rewards Program again in the future. 10. How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards Points?
