You _did_ say "however big or small," so I'm going to be the first to add a very small achievement.
I'm good at setting goals, not so good at following through when it comes to diet and exercise. But I will say that I open your weekly meal-planning emails every week and scan the recipes for something new to try. As a result, I've pulled out my slow cooker again and am making more healthy meals. Since I live alone (the two cats don't count!), splitting the finished meal into portions and freezing them has made it easier to eat healthy more often.
I'm going to try to start the 28 day plan in February this year. I have a milestone birthday at the end of January, with celebrations planned by relatives. Until then, I'm going to try to keep all those foods that present too much temptation out of my pantry.
