Weight Watchers has just updated their program from PointsPlus to SmartPoints. The required nutritional values - calories, saturated fat, sugars, and protein - and SmartPoints values per serving will be included with all new recipes we publish. It will take us some time to go back and update old recipes.
And for those of you sticking to the old plan, we'll continue to provide PointsPlus values too.
Calculating SmartPoints isn't as straightforward as calculating Points and PointsPlus.
Because SmartPoints DO NOT include 0 Points fruits and vegetables, plugging a recipe's nutritional values into your WW calculator may result in getting a HIGHER value than you would by using the Weight Watchers Recipe Builder.
