1/2poundcooked shrimp, left whole or roughly chopped
3scallions, thinly sliced
1/4cuplightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
1/4cupfat-free salsa
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4cupfat-free mayonnaise
4light, whole wheat hotdog rolls, toasted
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss together the shrimp, scallions, cilantro, salsa, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly among the toasted rolls.
