2 tablespoonsTruvia baking blend (or sweetener of choice0
1teaspoon vanilla
2tablespoonsbrown sugar, packed
1/2cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Put the dry grapes in a bowl or baking dish. (You can slice them in half or leave them whole. It's totally up to you. I've done it both ways with good results.)
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cream cheese, Truvia and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer. Pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated.
Chill salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Just before serving, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pecans.

If you don't have grapes you can easily substitute other fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries and even apples. The possibilities are endless!
